For which devices is PROCESSREMOTE available?
PROCESSREMOTE can be operated via the Blazor-web interface or the Android-App, which can be installed on mobile phones or on tablets.
What upgrade options are there?
Our development team is constantly working on improving and expanding PROCESSREMOTE. As a customer, you benefit from improvements to existing functions and features free of charge. If you would like individual upgrades, please contact us.
Where is my data hosted?
The Hosting and Database services are managed in the Microsoft Azure Cloud. The “Datacenter Region” is Germany. Other settings can be made if desired.
Can I also involve people outside my company?
As the operator of your PROCESSREMOTE platform, you can integrate all of your partners involved in the process implementation — including your customers — at a work package level with the appropriate rights.
